Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can request an exchange for another product of equal price, or the issuance of a credit note. These changes must be made in person at our San Isidro location as long as you communicate it within the next 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, no changes or returns will be accepted.
Please check the product at the time of delivery, after delivery and signing the shipping guide, changes will not be accepted due to poor condition of the product.
If at the time of the review it is found that the product arrived in poor condition, IMAGEN CASA will take it and exchange it for the same product in optimal condition within 24 hours of receiving the exchange request. If the same product is not in stock, THE CUSTOMER will decide if they want another product, a credit note or a refund.
Returns of products for another reason than the previous one may be made at our San Isidro location, within 7 days of receiving the product, as long as the products and their box are in perfect condition, do not show signs of use and have their respective sales receipt or referral guide from IMAGEN CASA. In this case, a credit note will be delivered to be used whenever THE CUSTOMER wishes.
